She is a NALA Certified Paralegal with more than 17 years of experience in both public and private sector legal environments, including records access and compliance, labor and employment law, bankruptcy law, collections, and real estate-related matters. This professional background has strengthened her ability to manage complex transactions, review documentation carefully, meet critical deadlines, and guide clients through detailed processes with confidence.

Berlinda has earned the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designations, allowing her to provide specialized support to first-time homebuyers, homeowners preparing to sell, seniors considering downsizing, relocation clients, and real estate investors.

In addition to her real estate practice, Berlinda is a real estate investor and landlord who has owned and managed investment property in Brockton since 2020. Having personally navigated homeownership, investment property ownership, and property management, she understands many of the opportunities and challenges her clients face firsthand.

Beyond real estate, Berlinda is a published author, NALA Certified Paralegal, and career advisor who regularly shares insights on leadership, professional development, and personal growth. She is also active in her community through volunteer work with Canton Public Schools.
